Preventing the common cold

It’s that time of year when the common cold is doing its rounds. Be one step ahead by taking preventative measures:

Make sure you are eating a balanced diet as this helps to build your immune system
Ensure you are drinking lots of fluids
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week to help strengthen your body, mind and immune system
Ensure you get at least 7 hours of sleep as a lack of sleep can leave body weak

And of course book a reflexology appointment. Having regular reflexology treatments can help to maintain balance within your body as well as stimulating the body’s natural healing ability through deep relaxation.
